Royah has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Imperial College London in Biochemistry and Systems and Synthetic Biology. She has a PhD in Molecular Biology, focused on developing a sustainable source of omega-3 fatty acids. The outcomes of her research led to publication in a peer reviewed journal and the filing of a patent. During her time spent in scientific research, Royah undertook a number of projects and participated in numerous competitions related to innovation, entrepreneurship and successful business at world-renowned institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Cambridge and Syngenta UK. Royah’s experience to date has enabled her to develop precise analytical and research skills. She has a keen eye for detail and can draw from knowledge and experience across a number of sectors.
