What is it?

IXC train your people in core innovation skills. IXC Connect is a customised, client-driven version of InnovationXchange®’s proprietary Intermediary Service, designed to increase the target organisation's capacity to want, find, get and manage innovation opportunities.

Who is this for?

Large organisations who want to increase their ability to capture potential opportunities from technological innovation - whether identified externally, or from improved internal connectivity.

What is involved?

• IXC Connect will train your staff in IXC methodologies and techniques
• We demonstrate the knowledge capture requirements needed to enhance your innovation pipeline, and give the option to use our Knowledge Management System based upon the proven value and design of the IXC Vault.

How does it work?

By training an internal network of creative connectors, problem-solvers who can look both internally - across divisions and functional "silos" - and externally, to identify and track down potential collaborators with aligned needs.

IXC provides tools in the form of initial skills training and a year of mentoring and support, designed to link your newly trained innovation advocates to IXC Intermediaries and networks.

IXC recommend an active support programme to ensure maximal effectiveness by assigning an Intermediary to the client company.
