IXC® Service Levels
Normally delivered on a fee-for-service basis by annual contract for maximum impact, the IXC Intermediary® Service can also be accessed on a shorter, project-basis where relevant to client need. Service levels range from two full days per week for the full IXC Intermediary Service through to a "watching brief" via the lower-cost but also less intense IXC Access Service.
IXC Access Service
For some very small organizations, or for a client whose need for an IXC Intermediary varies, the IXC Access Service may be more suitable. After an initial period during which the IXC Intermediary discovers the organization's strategic intentions and technology capabilities, the intermediary maintains periodic contact with the client whilst maintaining a "watching brief" for suitable connections and opportunities.
