What does Limited by Guarantee mean?

It is a legal instrument that demands that any surplus is reinvested in the company not distributed to shareholders

How is this different to a partnership?

Because the members who control and manage the company are specifically precluded from distributing the surplus between them

Who are your shareholders?

A Limited by Guaranteed vehicle does not have share holders; it has Members who legally cannot take a share of the profits

Can IXC be sold or taken over?

No, IXC cannot be sold, the Members can only leave and bring in others to replace them or wind up the company

What happens to client information if the company is wound up?

All client confidential information would be destroyed in accordance with the ISO standards applicable at the time for the handling and destruction of data

How does IXC deal with potential conflicts of interest?

Our rigorous process identifies issues and actively manages any potential conflicts arising. Should a situation arise whereby more than one client has an interest in a discovery, then that interest would be simultaneously offered to all
